PE anti-mouse IL4 was used to examine Th2 cells in the lung following HDM challenge.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse lung single cell suspensions
Brief Protocol:	Mice were challenged with house dust mite for two weeks. Lungs were isolated and digested to a single cell suspension. T cells were restimulated using anti-CD3 coated plates for 4 hours in the presence of Monensin. Cells were fixed and permeabilized using Biolegend's Intracellular Cytokine Staining Buffer. Cells were stained for 60 minutes at room temperature with 1:100 dilution of PE anti-mouse IL4. Data was analyzed using an LSR Fortessa.
Results Summary:	IL4+ Th2 cells were successfully identified from murine lung tissue.
