Anti-mouse CD71 PE for Flow Cytometry

Very good option to stain CD71.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Resuspend in PBS/BSA and count the cells. Load up to 5x106 cells onto a V-Bottom 96-well-plate. Spin down, resuspend in 50uL of PBS/BSA containing αFcγR (2.4G2) 30 µg/ml and incubate 15min at 4°C. Spin down and resuspend in 50 µl antibody staining solution containing anti-CD71 PE (1:200). Incubate 15min at 4°C in the dark. Wash twice with PBS/BSA, resuspend and transfer to FACS tubes to read. Use PI to exclude the dead cells.
Results Summary:	CD71 is expressed B cells in the spleen.
Additional Notes:	This antibody is superior to the biotin one, although they are the same clone.
