Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Whole blood in EDTA
Brief Protocol:	Cells are prepared for surface staining by lysing the red blood cells. Lysis buffer is made to 1x dilution and 2ml of it is used for lysing the RBC's.
Results Summary:	Lysis buffer works well in number of veterinary species.
Additional Notes:	Lysis buffer made in double distilled water and be made fresh everyday.
