Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMC
Brief Protocol:	Cells (200,000/assay) were stained on ice in FACS buffer (1% FBS, 5mM EDTA, PBS) for 20min at an antibody dilution of 1/400. The cells were then washed twice and analysed. The antibodies used for this assay were CD4, CD45RO and CD195.
Results Summary:	CD195 was observed mainly on CD45RO+ cells.
