Cells used:	Mouse spleen cells
Brief Protocol:	Cell suspension should be plated in 96-well plate. For surface staining CD4 antibody need to be added in proper flow buffer in dilution 1:200 for 10 minutes in the dark.
Results Summary:	CD4 T cell subpopulation is detectable with the antibody.
