Experimental Design

Application:	FACS
Cells used:	Primary mammary epithelial cells
Brief Protocol:	Stain cells in PBS+2%FBS with 1:100 of antibody and incubate on ice in the dark for 30min. Wash cells with PBS+2%FBS and analyze.
Results Summary:	CD49f can be used to sort out primary mouse mammary luminal and basal epithelial cells
