Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry/Microscopy
Cells used:	MCF-7
Brief Protocol:	100,000~1,000,000 cells were incubated with suitable PE-anti-EpCAM in labeling buffer (1X PBS, 2 mM EDTA)
Results Summary:	Cell were bright after labeling.
Additional Notes:	PE is really bright but slightly photobleached after long-term observation under microscope with a Xe lamp.

Technical Service Notes

PE is susceptible to photobleaching and is generally not recommended for microscopy use. An anti-fade reagent should be employed if attempting to use this fluor for microscopy.
