This CD3 antibody produces great separation.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Multiple, spleenocytes, PBMC, lung, lymph nodes
Brief Protocol:	25min on ice in the dark in PBS containing 1% FBS + azide. Total staining volume 100ul, with a maximum of 5 million cells. I have used at a variety of concentrations from 1:25 to 1:800.
Results Summary:	Works very well.
