Full Spectrum Flow Cytometry
Introduction of the Cytek Aurora™ and other next generation flow cytometers are altering the frontiers of modern flow cytometry. New considerations come into play when designing and implementing experiments on instruments utilizing spectral unmixing. Come and learn some best practices when designing experiments for these new instruments. Basic principles of spectral flow, important practices, useful tools and resources, novel fluorescent reagents and more will be reviewed.
LEGENDplex™ Multiplex Assay
Multiplex immunoassays allow researchers to quantify multiple soluble analytes simultaneously in biological samples. BioLegend’s LEGENDplex™ bead-based immunoassays use a flow cytometer for multiplex investigations. The assay utilizes the same basic principles of sandwich immunoassays, whereby a soluble analyte is captured between two antibodies. LEGENDplex™ kits are provided with predefined panels, ranging from 3 to 13 specificities, or researchers can mix and match any subset within predefined panels to suit their needs. Custom options are also available. Free, cloud-based software is available for analysis. We will discuss technical considerations, new products in development, and more.
