M3-38_BV421_Mac-2_Antibody_102820
C57BL/6 mouse frozen colon section was fixed with 4% paraformaldehyde (PFA) for ten minutes at room temperature and blocked with 5% FBS plus 5% rat serum for 30 minutes at room temperature. Then the section was stained with 10 µg/ml of Mac-2 (Galectin-3) (clone M3/38) Brilliant Violet 421™ (blue) and co-stained with 5 µg/mL anti-mouse/human CD324 (E-Cadherin) Alexa Fluor® 594 (green) overnight at 4°C. DRAQ5™ (red) was used to counterstain the nucleus. The image was captured with a 10X objective.
