Data images show anti-human CD4 (clone RPA-T4) staining of normal human whole blood with the indicated fluorophore direct conjugate. Samples were stained in the presence of True-Stain Monocyte Blocker™. All positive peaks were derived from the lymphocyte gate.

The Fluorophore Brightness Index Score is a relative indication of fluorescence intensity above the background for each fluorophore antibody conjugation (1=dim, 5=brightest). These values can differ depending upon the flow cytometer, the instrument filters and settings, laser power, the antibody clone and the antigen target, f/p ratios, the buffer conditions, etc.

PE/Fire™ 780 is an equivalent fluor to PE/Cy7. It is restricted to ASR use only and is only available to US customers.
