JAML is a type I integral transmembrane protein with 2 extracellular IgSF domains characteristic of many proteins implicated in cell to cell interactions.JAML is primarily express on granulocytes and reported to be involved in neutrophil migration across tight junctions by its adhesive interaction with epithelial Coxsackie and adenovirus receptor (CAR).

Recommended Usage
Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For flow cytometric staining, the suggested use of this reagent is ≤ 0.5 µg per 106 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.
