Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	T cells, rats splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	1. In a 24 well plate, add 1mL of splenocytes at 4x106cells/mL (2x) and 1mL Monensin buffer at 2uL/mL(2x) (final dilution in plate, after adding cells, will be 1X). 2. Incubate cells and golgi stop for 5hrs at 37ËšC. End of stimulation. 3. Harvest cells and wash with FACS buffer twice.
Results Summary:	Good results for IC stains.
