Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMCs
Brief Protocol:	Human monocytes were fixed and permeabilized using cytoperm/cytofix kit. These fixed and permeabilized cell were intra-cellularly stained with either isotype of FITC conjugated CD68 antibody. Cells were washed after 30 min and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Was able to detect CD68 expression which confirms the specificity of this antibody.
