0.1uL anti-human OX40-PECyanine7 works well to detect OX40 on T cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMC
Brief Protocol:	Cyropreserved human PBMC were thawed, washed twice in PBS, and incubated overnight with or without 1ug/mL SEB. After 18 hours incubation cells were washed twice in PBS and stained with a cocktail of antibodies including OX40-PECyanine7. Cells were incubated with antibodies for 15 minutes at room temperature and 0.1uL OX40-PECyanine7 was used to stain 1 million cells in 200uL PBS. OX40-PECyanine7 expression was measured on live CD3+CD4+ and CD3+CD8+ T cells.
Results Summary:	0.1uL OX40-PECyanine7 worked well to detect OX40 on T cells after SEB stimulation.
