Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Peritoneal macrophages
Brief Protocol:	Harvest peritoneal macrophages by lavaging the peritoneal cavity of a sacrificed mouse with cold PBS/EDTA solution. Stain macrophages with anti-CD11b, wash cells 2x with FACS buffer and measure them via FACS.
Results Summary:	PerCP anti-CD11b visualizes macrophages from the peritoneal macrophages.
