Brief Protocol:	Stained splenocytes with CD8a-PerCP-Cyanine5.5 at 1:200 for 30 minutes at 4oC. Washed and fixed in 1% paraformadehyde.
Results Summary:	Very clean resolution of CD8+ cell population.
