Experimental Design

Application:	Immunohistochemistry
Cells used:	Brain tissue
Brief Protocol:	Detecting expression of CD11b. Sections were immunolabeled with anti-mouse CD11b antibodies at 1:100 dilution at 4oC overnight. Following 0.1 M PBS rinse, sections were incubated with Alexa Fluor 546 goat anti-mouse IgG conjugate (1:200) for 60 min.
