Anti-mouse TNF-α antibody worked very well for ELISA.

Experimental Design

Application:	Test secretion of TNFa in mouse cell line.
Cells used:	B6 macrophages
Brief Protocol:	Cells were plated in 24-well plate and treated with LPS overnight. After that, cell culture supernatant was collected and tested for secretion of TNFa by ELISA.
Results Summary:	LPS induced TNFa secretion in macrophages
Additional Notes:	The antibody product used in this ELISA is sensitive.
