PE/Cyanine7 anti-T-bet antibody is great for staining Th1 T cells in flow cytometry experiments.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Th1-differentiated murine CD4+ T cells
Brief Protocol:	Th1-differentiated murine CD4+ T cells were activated with PMA/ionomycin for 5 hours, stained for surface markers, permeabilized with FOXP3 staining buffer set, and finally stained with anti-T-bet and anti-IFN.
Results Summary:	PE/Cyanine7 anti-T-bet antibody stained Th1 T cells effectively.
