Brightly stains monocytes and granulocytes in peripheral blood.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Human peripheral blood
Brief Protocol:	Whole heparinzed blood (100ul) was blocked with 5ul FcX TruStain and then stained with 5ul anti-CD16 Alexa Fluor 700®. A non-specific IgG2b conjugated to Alexa Fluor 700® was used as an isotype control. Cells were incubated for 30min at room temperature, and then stopped with BD Lyse/Fix reagent. Mononuclear cells were washed twice with FACS buffer and analyzed on an LSR Fortessa.
Results Summary:	Clear separation of monocyte and granulocyte populations. Lymphocytes unstained.
