Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	murine lymphocytes
Brief Protocol:	Differentiated T cells were activated with a polyclonal stimulus. Cells were stained with 1ug per million cells in 100ul facs buffer for 30min on ice. Cells were then washed and fixed.
Results Summary:	Compared to unstained cells, there is no staining with the antibody.
