Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Spleenocytes, TILs
Brief Protocol:	after cell extraction and blocking with Fc Block, wash your sample 2x with washing buffer, stain for 30min RT with CD11b 1:100, wash 2x, fix in PFA2% or proceed with intracellular staining protocol.
Results Summary:	Splenocytes from brain tumor, gated for live cells, CD45high, CD3-, CD11b+
