Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse spleen and lymph nodes
Brief Protocol:	Cell suspension should be plated in 96-well plate. For surface staining CD8 antibody need to be added in proper flow buffer in dilution 1:200 for 10 minutes in the dark.
Results Summary:	CD8 T cells are detectable with the antibody in the proper channel.
