Excellent murine CD11b antibody for flow cytometry purposes.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse bone marrow and splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Stained the bone marrow cells in 1:100 dilution of Fc block with 0.1 ug of the CD11b-Pacific blue antibody per million cells to study by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Distinct cell population easily identifiable with least amount of cross-reactivity or spillover
Additional Notes:	Really happy with the clone and color combination. PE-anti-mouse GR1 is displayed on the x-axis in the data below.
