The antibody stains IgD+ cells very well.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single-cell suspension of spleen cells
Brief Protocol:	Spleen was harvested from a mouse and mechanically disrupted to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with FcBlock, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	IgD+ cells are clearly distinguished with the antibody.
