GD2 expression was detected on cells that had been induced to undergo an EMT.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	HMLE cells expressing exogenous SNAIL protein.
Brief Protocol:	Cells were treated with trypsin and quenched using DMEM + 10% FBS. Pellets were re-suspended at 1x10^6 cells per 100 ul of ice cold PBS + 2% IFS. Antibody was used at 1:100 and incubated on ice for 30 minutes. Cells were then washed with a 10:1 volume of ice cold PBS + 2% IFS. Pellets were re-suspended in ice cold PBS + 2% IFS to a volume of 500 ul.
Results Summary:	GD2 expression was detected on the surface of mammary epithelial cells (HMLE) that had undergone an EMT.
