Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Pancreatic tumor
Brief Protocol:	Pancreas was harvested and minced to millimeter particles and digested with collagenase IV. After filtering and resuspension cells were stained with anti-CD8 for 30minutes at 4C. After washing the cells, flow cytometry was performed.
Results Summary:	Very nice cross-hedge in combination with APC CD4.
