Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Single-cell suspension of mesenteric lymph node cells
Brief Protocol:	Mesenteric lymph nodes were harvested from a mouse and mechanically disrupted to achieve a single-cell suspension. Cells were then blocked with FcBlock, stained with antibodies, and read on a flow cytometer.
Results Summary:	CD45.2+ cells are stained well with the antibody.
