Great tool for neutrophil detection.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Single cells isolated from primary Balb/c lung graft
Brief Protocol:	Cells were isolated and blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes. Cells were then stained with APC-Ly6G(1A8) antibody (1:120 in FACS buffer) for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were then briefly washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Was able to differentiate Ly6G+CD11c+ neutrophil in lung graft.
