Anti-HA antibody for Western Blotting

The antibody was clean and performed very well for the detection of HA-tagged protein expressed in rat cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Western Blotting
Cells used:	IEC-18 rat intestinal crypt-like cells (ATCC CRL-1589)
Brief Protocol:	Cells were lysed for total protein with SDS buffer, quantified and loaded for separation on SDS-page gel. Proteins were transferred to a nitrocellulose membrane, blocked in milk and probed as following: anti-HA (1:1000), horseradish peroxidase-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgM (1:2000).
Results Summary:	Anti-HA detected our tagged recombinant HA protein but did not cross-react with endogenous proteins.
