Zombie UV nicely separates live and dead cells in mouse tissue.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mesenteric lymph nodes
Brief Protocol:	1. Wash cells in PBS. 2. Dilute Zombie-UV 1:800 in PBS. 3. R/S cells in 100ul Zombie-UV. 4. Incubate 20 minutes on ice, covered. 5. Wash with FACS (PBS, 2% FBS) and proceed to surface stain.
Results Summary:	Dead cells can easily be distinguished using Zombie UV and FSC.
