Very good kit for IL-10 detection in an in vitro assay.

Experimental Design

Cells used:	Splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	In vitro cultured cells were used for determination of IL-10 in the supernatants from the cultures and undiluted supernatant was used as per manufacturers recommendation.
Results Summary:	As low as 5pg/ml of IL-10 could be determined using log-log extrapolation curve.
