This antibody did not work welll in mouse splenocytes, but it works well in mouse inguinal.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes and inguinal.
Brief Protocol:	1X10^6 suspension cells were incubated with 0.5ul FITC anti-mouse CD3e in 50ul FACS buffer for 30 min at 4oC.
Results Summary:	It works but not 100% perfect.
