Very Bright Antibody for Staining Human PD1+ Cells

This bright antibody was easy to use to stain PD1+ cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	human splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Cells were stained in 100uL FACS buffer with antibody at 1:200; for 1 hour on ice and in the dark. Cells were washed with FACS buffer and run in 100uL FACS buffer.
Results Summary:	Though we had a small population of PD1+ cells, we were able to clearly identify them using this antibody.
