0.5uL CD38-AF700 yields great staining of 1 million PBMCs in 200uL.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flourescence cytometry
Cells used:	Cryopreserved human PBMC from healthy donor
Brief Protocol:	Cyropreserved human PBMC were thawed, washed twice in PBS, and stained with a cocktail of antibodies including CD38-AF700. Cells were incubated with antibodies for 15 minutes at room temperature and 0.5uL CD38-AF700 was used to stain 1 million cells in 200uL PBS.
Results Summary:	0.5uL CD38-AF700 works great to detect CD38 expression on human PBMC.
Additional Notes:	A single color titration of CD38-AF700 was performed and 0.5uL CD38-AF700 yielded the highest stain index.
