Very strong staining validated with siRNA-mediated protein down-regulation.

Experimental Design

Application:	Immunofluorescence
Cells used:	MDA-MD-231 human breast cancer cells
Brief Protocol:	Cells transfected with non-targeting or beta1 integrin targeting si-RNA. 48hr after transfection, fixation with 4% paraformaldehyde for 15min. Permeabilisation with 0.25% Triton-X100 Blocking with 5% BSA Staining with 2ug/ml antibody in PBS/5% BSA for 1hr at RT
Results Summary:	The signal is very strong in the non-targeting siRNA condition and is significantly reduced upon beta1 integrin knock-down.
