Low amount of CD4+CD25+ cells were found in human PBMC.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Primary human PBMC
Brief Protocol:	Single cell suspensions of human PBMCs were blocked with Fc block for 30 minutes. Cells were then stained with the FITC-conjugated anti-human CD25 antibody (2.5ug) in FACS buffer for 30 minutes on ice. Cells were then briefly washed and analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	A small population of human PBMC CD4+ cells expressed CD25.
