Experimental Design

Application:	ELISA
Cells used:	Mouse serum
Brief Protocol:	A plate with the capture antibody was incubated for 24 hours at 4 degrees. It was washed and blocked with assay diluent. Standards and samples were added in the plate and incubated for 2 hours. The detection antibody was washed and added for 1 hour. The enzyme Avidin-HRP was washed and added for 30 minutes. TMB solution was added and after the color developed, Stop solution was added. The plate was read with a reader with the correction wave (450/570 nm).
Results Summary:	The ELISA kit provided a good range of detection.
