Enabled the discrimination of NK cell subsets in whole blood, as part of a multi colour staining panel.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Whole blood
Brief Protocol:	100uL blood with FCR blocking reagent and 5uL of each antibody, incubated for 30 minutes at 4oC, washed in PBS then erythrocytes lysed. Washed twice more and analysed.
Results Summary:	Good distinction of NK cell subsets.
