PerCP/Cyanine5.5 anti-mouse Ly-6G Antibody stains splenic neutrophils.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow Cytometry
Cells used:	Cell suspensions from mouse lymphoid tissues such as thymus, spleen and lymph nodes
Brief Protocol:	We isolated cells from peripheral lymphoid tissues, here spleen from C57BL/6 mice, and cells were stained using PerCP/Cyanine5.5 anti-mouse Ly-6G Antibody. We usually put up to 5 x 10^6 cells in a 50ul volume and add PerCP/Cyanine5.5 anti-mouse Ly-6G Antibody diluted at 1/200 final in FACS buffer for 1h at room temperature.
Results Summary:	PerCP/Cyanine5.5 anti-mouse Ly-6G Antibody provides a reliable signal that is adequate to study splenic neutrophils.
Additional Notes:	Figure shows the staining obtained with PerCP/Cyanine5.5 anti-mouse Ly-6G Antibody from splenocytes gated CD11b+ cells from wild type C57BL6 mice.
