Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	BM derived MNCs
Brief Protocol:	MNCs were isolated from BM aspirates using Ficoll gradient. Cells were labelled with CD34 APC antibody for 15 mins, followed by wash and analysis using the Macsquant.
Results Summary:	The antibody showed very clear separation of the population of interest.
