Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse bone marrow
Brief Protocol:	One hundred thousand of mouse bone marrow cells were incubated with 0.1 ug of Alexa Fluor 488 anti-mouse Ly6G antibody for 30 min in PBS containing 10% FBS. After washing once, the cells were analyzed by flow cytometry.
Results Summary:	Ly6G-positive neutrophils were successfully detected.
