Very good streptavidin.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	Resuspend in PBS/BSA and count the cells. Load up to 5x106 cells onto a V-Bottom 96-well-plate. Spin down, resuspend in 50uL of PBS/BSA containing αFcγR (2.4G2) 30 µg/ml and incubate 15min at 4°C. Spin down and resuspend in 50 µl of antibody staining solution containing biotinylated antibody against the molecule to stain. Incubate 15min at 4°C in the dark. Wash with PBS/BSA, spin down and resuspend in 50 µl staining solution containing SA-APC (1:1600). Incubate 15min at 4°C in the dark. Wash with PBS/BSA, spin down resuspend and transfer to FACS tubes to read. Use PI to exclude the dead cells.
Results Summary:	In this case anti-mouse CD23biot was used, around 50-60% of live lymphocytes should be CD23biot-SA-APC+.
