Cells used:	Splenocytes
Brief Protocol:	A single cell suspension of 2e5 splenocytes was stained in a final volume of 25 microliter using a 1:500 dilution of the PE anti-mouse CD365/TIM-1 antibody. Incubation period was 30 minutes at 4 degrees.
Results Summary:	Compared to the isotype control, there is a clear signal.
Additional Notes:	Since TIM-1 does not result in a defined population, it is always necessary to include the appropriate controls (isotype/FMOs).
