Great viability dye.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Human PBMCs or cell lines (MV4-11, HEK 293T, LNK, Jurkat)
Brief Protocol:	For this experiment, MV4-11 cells were used. Dilute Zombie dye 1 for 1000ul PBS 1X. wash cells of interested in PBS with NO FBS. Resuspend cells in 100ul of the diluted dye and incubate for 15min at RT in dark. Wash with PBS+ 2% FBS to stop reaction and acquire on Canto 2 or 3 or LSRII.
Results Summary:	Cheap and works great!
Additional Notes:	Need to use Arc beads (life tech #A10346) if doing compensation with beads to be able to see a negative pic. No need if using cells.
