Brief Protocol:	Coat with coating antibody (overnight) the plate, then continue via blocking, adding the samples, then detection antibody and in the end the Avidin HRP and Substrate Solution. Stop the reaction and read the plate!
Results Summary:	Monocytes respond with increase in antiinflammatory effect.
