Experimental Design

Cells used:	media supernatants
Brief Protocol:	The plate is pre-coated which makes it easy to simply add the media, follow the steps in the protocol (all straightforward) and then read on a plate reader.
Results Summary:	Accurate CCL20 data, prefect std curve.
Additional Notes:	Make sure you follow the wash steps as indicated in the protocol. Do not cut corners!! It's also very good that the kit has strips rather than a full solid plate.
