Western blot of purified anti-PSD95 antibody (clone K28/74). Lane 1: Molecular weight marker; Lane 2: 10 µg of human brain membrane lysate; Lane 3: 10 µg of mouse brain membrane lysate; Lane 4: 10 µg of rat brain membrane lysate. The blot was incubated with 0.5 µg/mL of the primary antibody overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with HRP labeled goat anti-mouse IgG (Cat. No. 405301). Enhanced chemiluminescence was used as the detection system. -
IHC staining of purified anti-PSD95 antibody (clone K28/74) on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded mouse hippocampus tissue. Following antigen retrieval using Sodium Citrate H.I.E.R (Cat. No.928602), the tissue was incubated with 10 µg/mL of the primary antibody overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with Alexa Fluor® 555 anti-mouse IgG for one hour at room temperature. IHC staining of anti-GluR2 antibody (clone L21/32) on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded rat brain tissue. Following antigen retrieval using Sodium Citrate H.I.E.R (Cat# 928602), the tissue was incubated with 10 µg/ml of the primary antibody for 60 minutes at room temperature. BioLegend’s Ultra Streptavidin (USA) HRP Detection Kit (Multi-Species, DAB, Cat. No. 929901) was used for detection followed by hematoxylin counterstaining, according to the protocol provided. Western blot of anti-SynDIG1 antibody (clone L42/17). Lane 1: Molecular weight marker; Lane 2: 20 µg of human frontal cortex lysate; Lane 3: 20µg of mouse brain lysate; Lane 4: 20 µg of rat brain lysate. The blots were incubated with 5 µg/mL of L42/17 or mouse IgG2a, κ overnight at 4°C, followed by incubation with HRP-labeled goat anti-mouse IgG (Cat. No. 405301). Enhanced chemiluminescence was used as the detection system.

Each lot of antibodies in this kit is quality control tested by Western blotting. For Western blotting, the suggested uses of these reagents are as follows:
Anti-PSD95: 0.1 - 5.0 µg/ml
Anti-GluR1: 2.0 - 10 µg/ml
Anti-PICK1: 1.0 - 5.0 µg/ml
Anti-SynDIG1: 1.0 - 5.0 µg/ml
For immunohistochemistry on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded tissue, the suggested uses of these reagents are as follows:
Anti-PSD95: 2.0 - 10 µg/ml
Anti-GluR2: 1.0 - 10 µg/ml
