Great staining for PD-1 on T cells.

Experimental Design

Application:	Flow cytometry
Cells used:	Mouse pancreas
Brief Protocol:	Pancreas was harvested and minced to millimeter particles and digested with collagenase IV. After filtering and resuspension cells were stained with anti-PD-1 for 30 minutes at 4oC. After washing the cells, flow cytometry was performed.
Results Summary:	Great staining.
